At the top of your website you will find the booking engine, you must select the arrival and departure dates and press the button “book here”. Next, it will show you the available apartments, choose the one you like best by indicating the number of people, press the book button, fill in the indicated fields and confirm the reservation.

Once you have completed all the necessary information we will send you by email a confirmation of the detailed reservation of your stay, type of rate and prices, as well as the amount of the reservation.

The reception has business hours of 09:00h to 14:00h and from 16:00h to 19:00h Ask us if you need assistance outside these hours.

The online registration is the process of registering the personal data that customers can make before arrival at the establishment; this process can be done simply by pressing the link we send by email.

Contact us beforehand to indicate your approximate arrival time.

  1. If you arrive within the reception hours of AHOY APARTMENTS, the keys are collected directly at the reception of the accommodation and a hot will be waiting for you.
  2. If you arrive outside the Check-in time, we will contact you beforehand to confirm the reservation payment and the online registration and send you the access codes.

Yes, there will be sheets and towels for guests; everything will be ready upon arrival.

Remember that we have prepared for the number of people who have detailed us in the reservation; if there are modifications you must notify us in advance.

The Check-in is from 16:00h

Remember that if you will arrive after 19:00h you must have done the online payment and the online check-in to get the access code of your apartment.

                The Check-out is Until 12:00h

If you arrive before 16:00h we will try to give you the apartment upon arrival, in case it is not possible for us, we have lockers for luggage and courtesy changing room with shower that you can use without cost. As soon as the apartment is clean and ready to enter, we will contact you as soon as possible.

You can pay at the establishment except the non-refundable rates, which will have to make the payment online. In the establishment you can pay by cash and debit /credit card (Visa, MasterCard and AMX). There is also the possibility of online payment through the link that will appear in the email with your reservation details.

We require a credit card as a guarantee upon arrival, if it is not possible to provide one it will be paid in cash.  We will request 250€ as a deposit, as indicated by the Valencian regulations. The deposit will be returned 48h after check out, when it is verified that there has been no damages in the apartment and is collected in conditions.

We clean the apartment before arrival. Changes of sheets and towels will be made for stays of more than 3 nights every 3 days and for stays of more than 1 month every 7 days. If you wish, you can hire additional cleaning for as many days as you deed, you just have to let us know two days before. Extra cleaning cost 20€/h.

You can cancel or modification your reservation online pressing the link that we have sent you at the email with your booking details and just do click on Cancel.

Each reservation has a cancellation policy. We recommend that you contact our staff and ask for information about the cancellation policy of your reservation (usually associated with the rate and season of the year).

Yes we have two kind of apartment that accepts dogs lesser than 8kg: Superior Apartment 2 Bedrooms with Park Views and Superior Accessible Apartment.

In each case you must notify the accommodation that you will bring your pet so we can confirm that it will be possible that it will stay with you at the apartment. It will have also an extra cost by night.

There are 2 elevator, the cabin has the following measures:

  •  Door width: 90cm
  • Depth: 140cm
  • Suitable: 8 people and Wheelchairs.

All our apartments have free high speed internet.

We use our own and third party cookies to improve our services, compile statistical information, analyse your browsing habits and infer groups of interest. This allows us to personalise the content we offer and obtain information on which sections arouse interest, also allowing us to improve the website and its security.
